Applications: Composite hoses Compotec®Oil are for the transfer of a wide variety of hydrocarbon conveyant under suction or pressure. Used for black oils and heavier lubricating products, Ship to Shore and Ship to Ship, Dockside and in general for the most ardous Industrial and Marine applications. Commonly used for all hose loading arms in Bottom Loading operations, thanks to the special reinforcement for minimal elongation.
Hoses are extremely flexible, easy to handle and bend, all hoses are aromatic resistant, antistatic.
Tube: High strength polypropylene and polyester films and fabrics.
Reinforcement: High density polyethylene film, inner and outer wires:
ZZ: inner and outer – galv. steel;
ZX: inner – galv. steel; outer – st. steel;
XZ: inner – st. steel; outer – galv. steel;
XX: inner and outer – st. steel;
AZ: inner – aluminium; outer – galv. steel;
AA: inner and outer – aluminium.
Cover: PVC coated polyester cover fabric, abrasion, UV, ozone, sunlight and weathering resistance.
